Social Director’s Report on Latest Event.

Barefoot Bowls Sunday 24 May

We had 18 in attendance on a sunny pleasant autumn morning and enjoyed the hospitality offered by Kevin Junee at the East Lismore Bowling Club.

Highlight of the morning was a backward somersault performed by Stan Gilchrist who stepped back to admire yet another brilliant  delivery only to catch his foot in the ditch behind him.

Green fees collected $70 were donated back to our General Fund by the Bowling Club.

The morning was completed with a BBQ where the offerings were consumed during a somewhat looooooooooong lunch in the Clubhouse
